ASK

If you would like to ask questions of your donors purchasing tickets, we’ve created a section called ASK which will allow you to create Lists of questions to attach to opportunity tickets. (This feature is currently not available for donations and volunteering.)

HOW TO USE ASK AND CREATE QUESTION LISTS

  1. Click ASK on the charity navigation bar
  2. Click the + sign to create a new List of questions
  3. Title the ASK List. This is the title you will give to a group of question (i.e. VIP Guests, General Admission, Membership Questions…)
  4. Under the List name click “Questions”
  5. Click the + sign to add each individual question that will live within your chosen ASK List
  6. Chose Type
    1. Checkbox – Answer is single or multiple checked answers
    2. Datebox – Answer is a date
    3. Numeric – Answer is a number
    4. Paragraph – Answer is multiple sentences long
    5. Radio – Answer is a single marked answer
    6. Dropdown – Answer is a single selected answer
    7. Single Input – Answer is a single sentence answer
  7. Enter a Prompt. This is the title to your question
  8. Enter Answer (only applicable if Checkbox, Radio or Dropdown is selected)
  9. Enter Required NO/YES (There is no Required for Dropdown due to default first answer)
  10. Click Add

You can add as many questions to your ASK List as desired.

HOW TO ADD AN ASK LIST TO A TICKET

  1. From the Charity Dashboard click CREATE
  2. At FEATURES turn Sell Tickets to YES
  3. Click the dropdown for ASK and select the ASK List you want assigned to the ticket
  4. Click Create Opportunity at the bottom to save

HOW TO FIND ANSWERS TO ASK LIST QUESTIONS

  1. Click ASK on the charity navigation bar
  2. Click View Responses below the List title
  3. Click View to the right of each persons name

HOW TO PREVIEW ASK QUESTIONS

  1. Click ASK on the charity navigation bar
  2. Click Preview below List title of interest
