Difficulty Logging In?

If you are having difficult logging in, it may be because you already have a Givsum account from a previously purchased OR assigned ticket, auction item or donation. 

Try one or all of the following:
1. Click ONE-CLICK SIGN IN.   You'll be prompted to put in your email and it will email you a link that will immediately log you into Givsum. 

2. Click RESET PASSWORD.  You'll be prompted to put in your email and it will email you a link to reset your password.  Once you've reset your password, it will automatically log you into Givsum. 

If you have tried the above and have not received an email, check your spam/junk folder.   If you can't find the email there, try searching the word "Givsum."  If you still can't find a "One- Click Sign In" or "Reset Password" email from Givsum in your inbox or spam/junk folder, then there is a good chance your email system is blocking Givsum completely from sending emails.  If you believe this is the case, send us a message on the chat with your email and we can look it up to see if emails are being sent or if a blocker needs to be cleared up.
