How do I know which type of question to choose for my survey?

- Checkbox: This will provide a checkbox for each answer listed for the question (can choose multiple answers)
- Datebox: This will provide a box where the person taking the survey can answer in a mm/dd/yy format
- Numeric: This will provide a textbox where the person taking the survey can provide an answer in a number form
- Paragraph: This will provide a textbox where the person taking the survey can answer the question in a paragraph form
- Radio: This will provide a checkbox for each answer listed for the question (can choose only one answer)
- Dropdown: This will provide a dropdown list of all the possible answers the person taking the survey can choose from
- Simple Input: This will provide a small textbox where the person taking the survey can type in a short and simple answer, instead of a long paragraph
