Registration Desk - Check-In and Update Attendees

When checking in attendees, there are three different scenarios you may discover:

1. The attendee’s profile is updated and their credit card is on file.   This attendee is setup for quick check-out.

2. The attendees profile is updated, however, their credit card is not on file.  When the attendee arrives, if they would like to place their credit card on file, you can quickly do so by clicking the ellipses button next to their name and select “Edit CC Info” this will open a window in which you can quickly update their card information.

3.  Some guests might need their profile updated before you can attach a credit card to their account.  To do so, click “Update Profile,” and at a minimum, put in their email account and click save.   You can now update their credit card as was described before.
